PRODUCTION OF PLATES, STAMPS, OTHER ENGRAVING
Production of plates, stamps, other engraving such as seals or tool cavitiy parts, on a semi product from any possible material, other engraving services for industrial or non industrial use is provided by Technio.
Engraving can be executed on almost any material. The most common materials used for engraving are non-ferous, tool steel, aluminum, plastic, glass and other. By shape, parts can be either flat or round. We find the way to do it.
For engraving on standard materials or parts you deliver the deliveries are prompt.
The engraving can be performed according to your design - sketch or 2D drawing in electronic dxf or dwg form or by our design.
When you need stamping tool stamps or a technical part, Technio can also prepare material, machine it, get it thermaly treated and provide service of engraving. You get finalized stamp, ready to be installed in your tool.

Mechanical
Mechanical engraving is executed on CNC engraving machines, with two axes engraving technology we can engrave any letters, shapes, lines or pictures of a certain depth.

Laser
Laser engraving is a modern way of transfering digital contents and material on the objects them selves. Practically any subject can be engraved with any shape, writting, photography or pattern, no matter from which material it is made. Laser machine can besides engraving also be used for laser cutting and trimming, where the depth of the cut depends on hardness of material.
We execute engraving service on organic materials up to the size of 1300 x 900 mm, anorganic materials can be laser engraved up to 300 x 300 mm of size.

Manual engraving
Manual / hand engraving is basic and the most authentic technique of engraving. Engraving was well known way of making the most eminent objects throughout the whole history. Most valuable works of art like rings, necklaces and other jewelries, as also sabers, knifes, guns, etc. were almost always engraved with different patterns and / or symbols, making the object of engraving more unique, personal and valuable.
Manual engraving is still executed with traditional tools and using old techniques. We are one of the few, if not the only one in Slovenia, who offer services of manual engraving like presented on photos on this page (not only for the most common purpose like engraving dates and names on rings and small jewelry) but also creating art decoration on outer side of the ring, pendants, watches, different box casings, knifes, gun frames and rifle butts.
